Welcome to Fashion Design, a hands-on creative studio where students become future fashion designers and entrepreneurs. In this class, students explore the world of fashion through original design development, from initial sketches to finished garments. Beyond design, students learn how to build their own brand identity by creating original logos, developing labels, and understanding the importance of visual storytelling in fashion. They also gain foundational knowledge in entrepreneurship, including how to start and manage a small fashion business, market their designs, and present their work professionally. Throughout the course, students are challenged to think like industry professionals—combining creativity, innovation, and business skills. By the end of the class, they leave with a portfolio of original work and the confidence to take their first steps toward a future in the fashion industry.
