Hands on & multisensory learning are a big part of my teaching philosophy. By having access to hands on centers, my students will be able to practice the concepts they are learning in many different ways. These centers also allow me to see exactly how the students apply what they have learned, what their thinking is and also see if more teaching is needed. These centers will also encourage collaboration, as students can work together to complete tasks, check each other's answers and more. I have seen how the use of centers can have an impact on my students learning and help them to truly enjoy the concepts being taught.
