Grade School Glow Gallery is a new project I am completing to engage and inspire my young artists. Using fluorescent materials will create and display student art work in a new fun way. Using fluorescent art motivates students of all ages. Not only does their art light up, but so do their faces when they see their work glow. Every day students are expected to complete rigorous work in core areas. Art like this gives them a chance to be free and creative. Students in K to 6th will create various 2D and 3D works of art. Some examples are spooky themed landscapes, 3D eye sculptures, and 2D space scenes. Each project will be displayed in a black light case in our school for all students to view.
