The store also helps them to count money and figure out what they can purchase. These supplies are essential in our classroom. I have been using the Clorox wipes to clean all the surfaces in our room. The tissues and soap have also been used to keep the germs away. With allergy season upon us these supplies are very helpful.\r\nThe pencil sharpener, highlighters, markers, and scissors have also been a great help. We use pencils all day and being without a sharpener was an issue. We will take good care of the new one. My students have been using the highlighters to choose important information when reading about the American Revolution. When they highlight information, it often helps them to remember the facts.
