In our classroom, my students spend a great deal of time throughout the day at our class meeting place. Right now, this is more of a "general area" in our classroom as opposed to a designated space. A classroom rug will help for our full-class lessons, community building activities, and sharing time. This rug will not only be a place for my students to come together as a community, it will also help make our classroom feel more like a home. My current students and I looked at rugs together to choose one that best fits our class. We chose one that has a focus on community. We hope that you help make our wish for a classroom rug come true!
