I teach kinders and as we all know they can be very active. Getting them to focus can sometimes be a hassle. With options of flexible seating and sensory items, my students are sure to be more focused and engaged throughout the school day. I would use the table and cushions as flexible seating within centers. The alphabet carpet squares will be used throughout the day. Each day the students will choose a new letter and identify the letter, sound, and a word that begins with that letter. Also, the sensory items would be great for those students who have a hard time focusing and may fidget a lot.
