Our mascot is a Colt and the students here at our school, are known throughout the district for great pride and school spirit. That positive energy is brought to class each and every school day because our students believe in the power of learning and gaining an education. We have a space in our classroom to safely store and charge these computers. When they are being used for visual vocabulary lessons the students work at their desk and will benefit from the one to one experience of practicing familiarizing themselves with the vocabulary words before they read and re read the mentor text. Additionally, the Chromebook's will allow students to go online and access college and career activities through their personal curriculum account. Please make a difference in an El Camino Colt's education by donating funds for a set of classroom HP Chromebooks 11A G6 - Education Edition - and 11.6' & Google Chrome Education Licenses.
