The use of technology in classrooms is becoming a necessity as students are becoming more tech savvy every day. In my classroom I like to incorporate different forms of technology so that students can access varied styles of learning. With the integration of an iPad in the classroom students will be able to work on research based writing and reading activities, project based learning, iReady, and differentiated instructional programs. Middle school students are technology savvy and with limited technological resources the students may feel a disconnect between learning the way they enjoy and what is provided by the school. Students will be motivated to work hands on with an iPad and be eager to learn new things and experience new ways of learning.
