My students have a new cart of iPads. They will be using the iPads for letter recognition and reading practice. They will also have a chance to and math practice (number recognition and beginning addition). They will use the iPads to practice letter sounds and recognition. My classroom is small and the students have a very hard time hearing the sounds without headphones because of all the noise from each iPad. If my students had headphones they would be able to practice their skills without distractions or outside noise. This would make their learning experience much better and more enjoyable as well.
