I will be having fit club weekly after school for students that would like to learn and practice lifelong fitness. I will introduce them to different activities and sports that they can use daily to stay fit. The students are ready to move. With your donation each student can monitor their steps during class to reach their target heart rate. They will learn new activities each week while reaching their goals. We will meet in the school gymnasium every Thursday. Today is the first sign up and over 60 students signed up for todays class! We are ready to rock. Please help us be the best that we can be.
