Flexible seating gives kids a choice for where they learn best. Gone are the days of rows of desks, uncomfortable chairs, and silent classrooms. The picnic benches and tractor stools will give my fifth graders additional seating options and the opportunity to work collaboratively. Students will be able to choose a spot where they can reach their highest potential. The seats are able to be moved around the classroom and my students can also choose different seats for different activities. Flexible seating will enhance their learning environment. It gives kids the power to choose their own spot based on what's comfortable for them and their learning style.
