Students need to be able to listen, hear and learn from a variety of educational sites. My students often have no earbuds or headphones making audio information and voice apps difficult to implement. We use many apps, computer programs, and voice recording options to give our student practice listening and speaking to others effectively. Listen up and hear my voice is a theme in my classroom. My students often want to be heard, but sometimes lack the skills to listen and communicate effectively. Being able to listen, model and practice speaking are essential skills in our modern world and the headphones/earbuds will definitely help.
