This rug will be the place where math is understood, where writing can be refined and reading can be discovered. Learning from the carpet in small and whole group creates a sense of community and comfort to students. We also get to have dance parties and work on our yoga moves for brain breaks on the rug. But the most rewarding time of the day is circle time when we get to sit on the perimeter and share a little bit about ourselves. The rug is our heart to the room, it what connects us to life. Please help keep our thirst for knowledge pumping.

About my class
