A library cart allows for mobile, temporary storage of returning library books. Because of our current community spread of covid-19, we must quarantine returning library books to keep them safe for our students to check out. Books stored in a box or bin will be more difficult and time consuming to rotate and return to the library shelves once their quarantine period is over. A library cart will provide safe and identifiable storage of returning books as well as easy access when quarantine is over, ensuring prompt acquisition of these books for our students. Getting books into the hands of eager students is our ultimate goal!
