With these new books, my students have an opportunity to be engaged while learning about real world topics that can change their lives. These materials will make a big difference in the lives of students. We can always use disinfectant wipes to help keep germs away. The novels will accompany the learning standards. The students will read/view other genres to support the text topic (i.e. poems, articles, photographs, etc). These books will give them a chance to be engaged while having a challenging opportunity to master the standards. The students will also learn life lessons through the novels we get to read.
