These materials will make a tremendous difference in my classroom. My students will have the opportunity to read books with characters that look like them, while also indulging in fantasy worlds. My students will also be able to take time throughout the day to sit in a comfy chair, grab a pillow or sit on soft carpet while enjoying a new book. We all know the best places to read are the most comfortable! With headphones, my students will be able to listen and possibly create their own podcasts while practicing their listening comprehension. It is Fall and I want all my students to fall in love with reading!
