I use a program called Classcraft to encourage my students to work together and help one another. Students earn points for doing the right thing as well as for helping fellow students. This program is like Class Dojo, but for older students. Part of my classroom management is to have a class store which students "shop" at on Fridays. They earn coins based on their Classcraft points weekly. Students really enjoy being able to help one another. They especially like getting a chance to 'buy' rewards for their good behavior. I have been financing this store alone for two years.
