This is my first year teaching, and these exciting resources would be extremely helpful! I’m also a civil engineer, and I know these hands-on math and science materials and books will provide visuals for my students. I’m a visual learner myself, so I have been picking up on that many of my students are as well. There are a lot of little builders and creators in my classroom. The creations crafted after our work has been done have included space rockets, cups and houses built from plastic gears, and a bow and arrow from building materials. The opportunities are endless.
