Working with students with special needs is a challenging but rewarding experience. I want to be able to provide my students with a place where they can learn and thrive, where every need can be met. I want them to have flexible seating because it helps those students who have difficulty sitting still, maintain focus thus increasing their ability to learn. I believe every student can succeed in their own way, when they are given the right tools. Weighted laps pads also provide input needed to help students stay calm and focused. I want my classroom to have what it needs to promote learning and calm in the lives a students that come from a chaotic home life, that which many of us can only imagine.

About my class
