In my class, we currently have a few options for flexible seating, but very few allow the students to move at their desk. Many of my students feel trapped behind their desk and this can make it hard to focus. Often they feel the need to leave the classroom to go for a walk in order to get some movement in so they can refocus their energy on the task at hand. When they leave they are missing out on valuable class time. But, with these flexible seating options, they will be able to get the movement they need without missing out on valuable learning.

About my class
