Many students do not have a computer or printer at home. With a printer to attach to our single classroom computer, students will be able to print their work in order to better facilitate peer review and individual editing. They will also be able to present their ideas to the class via Elmo document camera or colorful chalkboard displays. I want to give my students the tools to learn to write and present materials professionally and creatively. A quaint student office corner in my classroom will give small groups a space to work and collaborate. With a printer, paper, dry erase brainstorming wall, and chalkboard, students will have the piece of mind that they have full access to what they need.
