I would love for my kids to have the chance to participate in class like a "typical" child. But they just have too much energy and are always moving around because they just cannot sit still, and it isn't their fault. They try so hard. These kids deserve so much more then what society is giving them, providing flexible seating helps create a bridge to close the gap of "typical learners" and Kids with disabilities. These kids would be able to focus better and learn at a higher level with different seating. They have the desire to learn, they want it just as bad as we want it for them. I hope that this project will change the daily life for these kids. My heart and passion is to create a learning environment that FITS MY STUDENTS. They don't fit the mold of "students" that society forces them to be in, but this project, these items and the support and love from myself will have a huge impact in these kids lives.
