I teach both Spanish and English and am lucky to develop relationships with many of my students over two years. Your funding will help us keep the magic going! One of my most expensive purchase every year is a subscription to Sr. Wooly, a magical musical website created by a former Spanish teacher to teach Spanish in a fun, weird, and memorable way. Most students tell me it's their favorite part of the entire class. In ELA, these supplies will help us work in-depth with interesting literature and develop writing skills with our eye on preparation for college. Many of the items on my list are the usual classroom items like pens, ink, and posters that otherwise I would have to purchase on my own or go without. Your funding helps me keep my focus on keeping our curriculum fun, relevant, and rigorous. Thank you very much for your generous consideration!
