The students will be able to learn about novels, the importance of reading, as well as how to write a narrative story. We will read the books as a class and will be able to foreshadow and make predictions about the story as well as test our comprehension of the story. Using novels we will also be able to learn new vocabulary and figurative language. Novels are a gateway to better reading skills for students. This is a great way to spark the joy of reading for students and help them want to continue reading. This class set will help encourage reading for this class and many future clases!!!

About my class
