I have been working with the sports teams at my school bringing Yin Yoga to the student-athletes in order to reduce the risk of sports injuries. I have recently started with the football team but we do not have yoga mats. We have been doing Yin Yoga on the floor of the gym. Of course, the boys complained about doing yoga but then I noticed the volleyball team joining in with our stretches and thought this would be useful for all of the sports teams especially if I have mats.

About my class
