Do you remember learning a piece of music as a student? Do you remember the excitement you felt when you were first handed the sheet music, your determination (and occasional frustration) as you worked through challenging spots, and finally the satisfaction and pride you felt when you mastered and performed it? My hope is that my choir and orchestra students will get to experience that incredible journey this year. Learning and performing high quality music gives students the opportunity to learn about history, various cultures, and the human experience, develop new skills and self-confidence, and most importantly, have fun! However, since our music program is so new, we do not have a music library and our resources for purchasing sheet music are limited. We need your help to make musical masterpieces.
