Gaga ball is great for children in elementary through middle school ages. It helps develop multiple physical skills and abilities; gets lots of children involved; develops strategic thinking, agility, jumping, striking and dodging skills. Most importantly develops hand-eye coordination while keeping them active. The skills learned in gaga ball can translate to other sports. It is easy to learn and all that is needed to play is open firm surface (which we have inside and outside our school building), a safe, soft gaga ball and the gaga ball pit itself.

About my class
