Our school is located in the beautiful state of Hawaii, which also means the quite tropical and rainy, yes rainy, state of Hawaii. Our classroom is one of the furthest classrooms from our school's library, cafeteria, and front office. The school's walkways and pathways are all open air, which means when it rains, it pours on the kids. Within the first few weeks already, we have experienced the "raining , pouring, wet walk back" to our classroom from lunch, where the rest of the afternoon the kids are sopping wet, and supposed to still go along with our learning-filled day. As much as we try, it is hard to concentrate when you are soaked. I would love to be able to buy them all umbrellas, but unfortunately I cannot, but would love your help! The clear umbrellas would help them to see clearly walking back, with a pop of color, just like our class and classroom! Thank you for your consideration!
