Student engagement is half the battle. My students have struggled with math for years before entering my 5th grade class. On the first day that I mentioned math I saw their faces fall, but then I followed it up with games. My room looked a tree lighting ceremony. Everyday since then my students have asked to play math games. They are excited and engaged for the first time in years. With your support I will be able to foster my students love of math, to help them build necessary skills, and send them off to middle school as math experts. Thank you so much for your support!
