These mats will make a tremendous difference in the lives of our students. Everyone needs yoga and especially those who have no access to it. These are inner city children who, some of which, are coming from difficult home lives. Having a yoga experience once, twice, some five days a week will help to build their emotional strength and mental strength, as well as the physical. Teens need to to have a better understanding of how important their mental and emotional health is and yoga can help to do just that. Students want to know how to take care of themselves and yoga is one of the best way to go about it.
