The students will benefit from being able to keep extra food from breakfast and lunch time in their classrooms for later with the fridge. The scholars will also benefit from having extra snacks handy when they are hungry. Snacks allow for students to regain energy and focus on the tasks they have in front of them. The printer and ink will help the teachers take pictures of the scholars and hang them up in the classroom. The printer will also help the teachers create new materials for students' small groups, and allow us to set up our classroom with cubbies that have name tags accompanied by the scholars' pictures, so our special needs scholars can begin to recognize their names. Lastly, the calendar will help our scholars learn the seasons, days of the week, and how to count. They will also have a routine set in the classroom for them during morning circle by using the calendar.
