The storage containers I am requesting will be used to hold cooking ingredients such as flour, sugar, powdered sugar and rice. Currently we don’t have any containers for these items and they sit open on the shelf. Donating to this project will give students a safe and sealed place to put their cooking ingredients. They will prevent unwanted “guest” to get into our supplies, reduce waste and keep our supply closet organized. My students are extremely excited to get into the kitchen and start learning basic cooking skills that they can carry with them for a lifetime. These containers will enhance their experience in the kitchen.
