Getting a larger community circle rug will make the students feel important and thought of. Every morning we start our day with a family meeting and sit in a community circle on the floor in attempts to start their day on a positive note. This rug will complete our calm and welcoming environment. This time of the year is just as important as the beginning of the year because we have to keep them motivated and focused on the bigger picture, which is going to the next grade. Having new supplies will help them understand that although we are half way through the year, they are still being supported in a major way. Replenishing their supplies now will be a second wind for them to keep going! Don't stop!
