Right now, my students are using a combination of textbooks and photocopies to facilitate their learning. Last year, we had 11 students enrolled in the course. At the beginning of the year, there were 13 students signed up for the course. Fortunately, the enrollment jumped to 24. Unfortunately, we only have 15 textbooks. With each passing test score, students from our Title I school could earn the equivalent of thousands of dollars in scholarship money at their chosen university. We want to continue that success with over twice as many students compared to last year and give them the opportunity to achieve passing scores on the exam. With each passing score, students will be closer to achieving their goal of a college diploma and will be strapped with less debt. These textbooks will help them get to that passing score.
