Student learn many of the math concept like coordinate plane,and geometric shapes outside of the math class. Student design and build a project that will help our world. Students work in groups of 4 and use the Engineering Design process to solve a problem. I use the problem base learning to inspire student to design a solution to several issues in the world. Student will use the drafting material to design their product and create a design brief and presentation to be displayed. Student also learn transportable skills like communication, collaboration, and critical thinking that can translate to multiple job opportunities in the future.
