The materials in this project will reach over 125 students at my school. First grade has to share all playground equipment with the entire school of over 800 students. And to be honest we are lacking what kids need to play.....equipment! Students are limited to the number of playground balls, jump ropes, and hula hoops to play with at recess. So as a first-grade team we would like to acquire the equipment for first graders only. Each teacher will take turns being in charge of the equipment cart and teaching the kids the responsibility of taking care of our school property.
