These books and periodicals will create the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that I would like my students to enjoy learning and where they learn to read independently! Every student book that is placed in my library should be a stepping stone to greater literacy for my students and a love of learning. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-matching interests and reading level abilities. Students will be able to choose books they are able to read, have engaging periodicals to learn from, and have a books for a lending library for take home reading activities. These students homes are not print rich and I hope to help them achieve greater literacy by providing them appropriate reading resources.
