Have you ever had an amazing meal that you can't stop thinking about and want again? In my classes I strive to teach my students how to achieve this concept. Learning to cook a variety of foods using a variety of equipment. Students love to cook different items from different backgrounds they only get at special restaurants. These items will allow students to make homemade pastas, sushi, crepes and tortillas just like they purchase in restaurants. Everyone can bake cookies but I love to watch my students cook more. I often have students multiple years so I like to add a variety of different opportunities so they are constantly learning.
