And our journey begins... Our new Dual Language classrooms - K - 1! As we begin our journey to becoming bilingual, bi-literate and immerse ourselves in exciting cultural experiences, we realize the needs we have in our classrooms. We need supplies and books. The teachers are very excited to be able to give our students the opportunity to learn in two languages, any help you could give us will mean so much to Us, the children and our program. These materials, like the Spanish Board Collection, Spanish Nonfiction Emergent Readers, and the Language Development Skill-Building Centers will help both our classrooms to grow and have and rich learning experience. We are in our pilot year! We need bookshelves and books, the flexspace storage bookcases will make it easy for us to move our books to both classrooms. As well as, the Spanish paperback libraries and alphabet as we need resources in both languages, English and Spanish. We are building our classrooms to be amazing teaching and learning spaces, but we do not always have the funds to do it all ourselves.
