The materials on this list will be used in hands-on labs and projects designed to improve the understanding of basic as well as advanced physics concepts. The carts will be used to see the differences in force needed to move materials using varying numbers of wheels. The result is a clear understanding of the topic. The Newton cart will provide an opportunity to practice using changing variables to understand motion and friction. Making use of the Force on a Current Wire will give the students much needed experience with electricity that could inspire enough interest in the trades that would carry the student to do their best.
