The Chromebooks in this project will help my students access technology in their reading classroom. By accessing technology my students will learn the skills they need to keep up with the growing technological world, as well as help them access targeted learning during independent work time. In order to close the achievement gap, students need to work on skills at their learning level. Having access to Chromebooks will help me assign individualized learning assignments to each student so that they may spend a fraction of the class time strengthening their weaknesses.
