The various materials that I'd like to add to my classroom will allow my students to have their own individual space that will be in compliance with the 'new normal' when returning to the physical classroom environment. Each child will have his or her own learning space that will have the materials right there at their fingertips (and their fingertips will be the only ones touching their items)! Every student will have his or her own wobble cushion to use while sitting on the floor, seat back storage for markers/erasers etc., and timers that will be at each child's desk to help with warnings for transitions. My students are between the ages of 5 and 8 years old. They all have a diagnosis of autism and it is my priority to help make the transition back to learning in the school environment a smooth one. The supplies in this project will help me do just that. Thank you for your generosity!
