Providing organization is important in order for students to navigate independently throughout the classroom. Each station will have its own color, math station will be black and the literacy station will be white. This provides a visual for students and a clear understanding of where things are and where they belong. The small group organization chart is also a great visual to guide students in the right direction. If a child forgets what group they are in, they can aways refer to the chart. The chart also provides pockets for their small group work, which is a great organizational tool and will guide the students along swiftly.
