Kindergarten is the time where students start to dig deeper into their love of learning and become more independent. Providing my students with these At-Your-Seat Storage sacks will not only promote organization and independence, it will also encourage my students to have some responsibility towards their own school supplies!
Last year, I noticed many of my students' supplies become unusable over time. Their supplies would unfortunately become damaged in their personal cubbies. My students had a habit of saving opened snacks and drinks "for later." This usually led to sticky food and drink spills on their school supplies which were being kept in these cubbies. This would, unfortunately, attract unwanted critters in my students' cubbies.
With these storage sacks, my students would be able to organize their school supplies a lot better and have easier access to them. Also, we can prevent damage to their supplies by not storing them in their personal cubbies. I know my students would love these storage sacks!
