These materials are essential for helping my students become prolific writers. They will be able to express themselves with written and spoken words. My goal this school year is to help my students become proficient writers at their grade level. They will be asked to write multi-paragraph essays and complete research papers. The pen is mightier than the sword! My students will understand the power of writing when expressing their point of view. The dry erase boards, markers, and erasers are motivational resources for students to be resilient through the writing process! The stools will give the students a choice to work in a small or large group setting. The large post-it paper will be used for whole group instruction and brainstorming writing prompts. Each student will have a writing notebook that they can keep their writing process in one area. The highlighters will be used to support students in their writing process and show their glows and their grows. Effective writing skills will open the door for college and career readiness!
