The increase access of new technology will allow my students to improve their skills with computer use and building more skills with Digital Media. An Apple iPad will help my students navigate the Art tools that are available and can be used efficiently in their Digital Media class. My students require significant and individualized accommodations to help them access the curriculum and the iPad will be a perfect tool for that. For all visual learners, being able to project lessons, schedules, visuals is so important for students to learn. Having the ability to project pictures, graphs and videos for my students will help them to connect the dots of the visual learning process. I have seen how they are able to build my confidence in their learning when information is presented to them in their individualized learning style.
