My students are in need of sensory input items for the students to enjoy optimal learning. My students are split between autism and intellectual disabilities; they would both benefit from sensory items. A lot of the students are very hyper and have a difficulty calming down enough to have productive work sessions. With these items they will have a change to decompress and working towards integration into the general education setting. We have a brand new program in which they have children from two programs merge together. They now work together socially and they will eventually integrate into the general education setting.
