I am the Licensed School Nurse at a middle school in Minneapolis. I am in desperate need of a new refrigerator for our school health office. The importance of the refrigerator for our students includes the storage of their medications that need to be kept refrigerated, snacks for students with diabetes, students with hypoglycemia, students who miss breakfast due to lack of food at home, and ice packs for students with minor injuries. It is our goal in the school health office to treat minor injuries and illness enabling students to return to class as soon as possible and thus be active participants in their learning.
