Our current classroom rug has been a wonderful place for students to gather together and have a class meeting, a place for students to work in groups on a task, an alternative learning space for lessons, and a place to lounge, relax and enjoy a great book. Sadly, our rug has aged...it has pulls, rips, and stains. We do not want to say farewell to our favorite learning place, but need a new rug to replace it. The rug has been a great gathering space, but we would also like to make it a more inviting place for other learning needs, We use laptops, chromebooks, and iPads for various things and are hoping to add some bean bag chairs and some lap desks to make that space more inviting for technological use as well.
