A teacher in Distance Learning is only as good as her Technology. Unfortunately, my technology isn't very good, which can only mean that I may not be as effective as I want to be. For the last 2 weeks, I have been teaching from my cell phone because my Chromebook is not working. It has been a nightmare trying to be the successful, fun, and amazing teacher I know that I am. However, using my cell phone has not allowed me to be as effective in reaching my 30 students. I also need to connect with my students and give them something tangible to write on and do project with. With a color printer, I can do this. I have been shipping paperwork to help my students, but color makes everything better. Not only that, but I can print out their projects and deliver them to the kiddos. Just because they're not in school, doesn't mean that they can't have fun!
